Claim your provider profile
Your profile is built from the public federal NPPES registry. Claim it to add the details only you can provide — your website, hours, photo, languages, and the insurance you accept — and earn a verified, provider-attested badge.

What a claimed profile adds
None of these are in the federal registry — and we never scrape or guess them. They’re shown only when you provide them, clearly marked as provider-supplied.
Practice website
Your real URL. We never scrape or guess websites — the only honest way to show one is for you to give it to us.
Hours of operation
When patients can actually reach you. Hours aren't in the federal registry, so they only come from you.
Photo or practice logo
A photo or logo you upload. Until then we show a generic specialty avatar — we never imply a real photo we don't have.
Languages spoken
Languages you and your staff speak. NPPES has no language data, so claiming is the only way patients can filter for it.
Insurance you accept
The plans you tell us you accept — shown clearly as self-reported, never presented as verified against payers.
Services & short bio
A short, in-your-own-words description of what your practice offers. Attributed to you, never an opinion or rating.
How we verify you
Before any detail goes live, we confirm you control the NPI. We try the fastest path your record supports, then fall back as needed.
- Step 1Automated
Verification link to your registry email
When the federal registry has a usable contact email for your NPI, we email a one-time link to that on-file address. Click it and you're verified — instantly, no documents.
- Step 2Higher trust
License-document review
No usable email on file? Submit a state license, DEA registration, or authorized-official letter and a human matches it to your NPPES record before approving.
- Step 3Fallback
Join the waitlist
If neither path is available yet, we save your request and notify you the moment self-service or document review opens for your NPI. Nothing changes on your profile until you're verified.
The “Claimed profile” badge
A person who controls this NPI has verified it and supplied the marked details. This is a transparency signal about who provided the data — not a quality rating, endorsement, or ranking boost.
- Attested & dated. Claimed details are shown as provider-supplied, with the date you confirmed them — separate from the NPPES-sourced facts.
- No pay-to-rank. Claiming or upgrading never improves your Profile Score or moves you up a ranking. See the methodology.
- NPPES stays the source. For registry fields like name and address, the fix is still to update NPPES.
Beyond the basics
Verified providers and organizations can go further. These are on the roadmap — tell us what you need when you claim.
Enhanced listing
Once verified, present your practice the way you want — logo, services, multiple locations, and a prominent link to your real website. Presentation only; it never changes your Profile Score or ranking.
Patient lead routing
Let patients request an appointment or get in touch directly from your verified profile, with the controls and consent you'd expect.
Data & API access
Programmatic access to the public NPPES-derived directory — names, taxonomies, locations, phone/fax — for credentialing and integrations. Never email lists.
